Egg curry recipes

How to make egg curry: 

Hi friends, today's I am going to tell you recipe of egg curry.this is one of the my favorite egg recipes. 
This dish can make by many ways.it has many names like egg masala , egg gravy but these all egg recipes and taste are almost same.but here today we are taking about egg masala recipe or egg curry. this dish have hard boiled egg in onions and tomato puree with some selected spices.this is very delicious dish can served with rice roti bread parantha, naan anything you like.this egg curry is suitable for lunch and dinner. 
In my next blog I will tell you the recipe of egg bhurji.this is another one of my favorite egg dish.egg bhurji or messed omelet is one of the very simple egg recipes to make, any one can make it very easily without any hassle and it took very less ingredients and time.So here is the list of ingredients of egg curry.



 Preparation & cooking time: 30-40 min

List of Ingredients: 

1. Hard boiled egg -2
2. onions medium -1 roughly chopped
3. tomato large -1
4. ginger -1/2 inch
5. garlic -2-3 cloves
6. green chili -1 small
7. turmeric a pinch
8. coriander power-1/2 tea spoon
9. red chili powder-1/2 tea spoon
10. garam masala powder 1/2 tea spoon
11. salt as per your taste
12. refined or any oil 2 table spoon
13. green coriander leaves - for garnishing.
14. cumin seeds a pinch

Method for egg curry/how to make egg curry: 

First of all take a deep fry pan and fry egg till browning. Oil should not be very heat, otherwise egg will be stick with the pan. After browning take out from the oil put aside.Take onion, tomato, ginger garlic and chili put together into grinder, make a paste.keep aside.

Now take same vessel with remaining oil, heat it again. when oil will be heat up, then add cumin seed into oil. when it has crackled add paste into. fry for 10 minutes, add turmeric, red chili, coriander powder, garam masala powder mix well and fry for another 10 minutes at low flame, till oil has separated from paste.

Add half cup water stir well and simmer it till some oil can not separated from masala or curry on medium flame you can add more water this is on you, how much consistency you require.add salt as per your requirement now our egg masala is ready.

Now take egg, you can cut into pieces or can add whole into curry. our egg curry or egg masala curry is ready. Garnish it with green coriander leaves. serve with roti, naan, rice etc.

You can take out curry into bowl then dip egg pieces in it, as shown in picture, garnish it with fresh coriander leaves. this is my way to serve the egg curry.

This is the simple authentic recipe of egg curry. this is not exactly restaurant style but it is very similar to restaurant style.this is restaurant style copycat recipe of egg curry. Anyone can made this and it is very easy too.
