How to make butter chicken in Restaurant style

Butter chicken: 

Indian food recipes are one of the famous recipes in the world. And butter chicken is the some of the best chicken dish in all over world and a very easy healthy recipes too. This Indian chicken recipes have a royal taste and rich flavor.In this Butter chicken have some roasted chicken pieces in thick gravy. we can enjoy it with Roti, Bread, Naan, Parantha or Rice. In restaurant, they don't use onions in this but at home you can use onions(1-2) for more nutty flavor just slice and fry in oil till browning and then add tomatoes. so here are list of ingredients and Real Restaurant style method to make butter chicken at home ENJOY.

Ingredients: 

1. chicken 1 kg.
2. curd 100 gm (thick)    
3. ginger garlic paste 40 gm or 2 table spoon
4. three medium size green chilli
5. Kashmiri red chili Powder
6. garam masala 1 tea spoon
7. cardamom 3-4
8. bay leaf 2-3
9. cinnamon stick 1.5 inch
10. cloves 3-4
11. kasuri methi(dry fenugreek leaves)
12. salt 1.5 tea spoon or according to taste
13. cashew powder 2 tea spoon
14. refined oil 3 table spoon
15. honey  1 table spoon
16. fresh cream 40-50 ml
17. tomatoes 5-6 medium size.
18. tomato puree 50 gm.(optional)
19. cilantro(optional)



easy butter chicken copycat recipes


Method for easy butter chicken: 


Wash and Dry chicken. take a bowl first put curd into it and ginger garlic paste,red chili powder ,salt,and a table spoon refined oil mix well then put chicken in it and mix. keep aside for 30 minute. this is the marination for chicken. mean while take a pan and heat oil put cinnamon, cardamom,bay leafs  and cloves in to and stir 10-20 sec then add tomatoes and green chili no need to thin slice tomatoes. can be add whole tomatoes.add 0.5 liter water and boil it for 15 minute at medium flame.
Take marinated chicken roast in to oven or microwave and cut into pieces keep aside.
now take boil tomatoes,take out bay leafs and cinnamon stick from it. cool it and grind make a paste. paste can be filter in a stainer but this is optional.
after that heat the pan again put butter into it.Add tomatoes paste and chicken pieces in to butter then
add tomato puree,cashew power, kasuri methi,red chilli power, and garam masala powder,salt and stir a minute.
cook it for further 10 minute on medium flame. when it will have cook. out from the flame and add fresh cream and honey and mix well.
Can be garnish with green chilli an fresh cilantro and fresh cream.
